I have recently got a Note 10+, swapped my SIM over and it worked for 4 days then stopped making calls, there's no mobile data, it keeps saying not registered on network and despite receiving a new sim still have the same problem! I have tried my sim in my old phone and it works, i've tried my husbands sim in my new phone and THAT works, so I really have no clue what to do now but the only time i can make calls is on wifi! It comes up H+ at the top of the phone, it won't connect to 4g at all and that's when it feels like it, yesterday I could not make a phone call and could not access the mobile data at all 😞
I've tried resetting, taking sim out and cleaning it, turning everything off and on again, including resetting APN etc, Help please!
