As title states, it's been over a week (23rd November) since I ordered a SIM and I still havent recieved it but when looking at my accounts online it seems that I'm already being charged for the service and I have £6.60 in recent charges.
So 2 issues really.
1. Surely the service should start when I activate the SIM?
2. What do I do about this missing SIM?
I tried to time it so that I wouldn't have any (or very little) costs with my current provider once my contract was up but I have now gone into the next month of a now rolling contract and also my PAC code has expired today. This means I'm paying for 2 contracts this month!

I am waiting 11 days now for an O2 sim and got useless customer service from O2 tonight whom I was palmed off onto with an order number from virgin media but O2 refuse to deal with it because they cant verify me because I don't have the sim with the new number that they want to text the verification code to! had to do two calls because the first agent just put the phone down! totally unhelpful. Hope you get sorted and get your extra bill payment refunded!
