I have just inserted a new SIM and am getting the SIM not provisioned error message.
I have followed the activation instructions and also the manual network selection instructions (VM doesn't even appear on the list) but to no avail.
Any assistance would be much appreciated!

No, it's still showing SIM not provisioned. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7.
