My daughter's phone kept popping up with the SIM Data Manager message where she had to choose her SIM card and click done to make it go away.
The phone has 2 SIM slots but only uses one.
Now it's clear something isn't right with the SIM so I tried it in my S9 and got a "SIM not provisioned for voice" message. I checked phone settings and the SIM is not recognised at all.
It was working a week ago for data as the billing shows but now data doesn't seem to work either.
Also when I log into my Virgin mobile account and check the account linked to the SIM it says there are no bills to show.
If I click "view all accounts" I can access all bills.
I've also tried to send an SMS and make a call and it says not registered on network.
As this is used by my daughter when she is walking home from school, it'd be good to get this fixed.
Thanks for providing all the details ClaireMc.
I'm going to pop you over a PM so I can take some account details and look into this a bit more closely for you.
