SIM not activating

I was sent a new SIM card for my son's Nokia 105. It hasn't asked for the code that the accompanying letter said it would and it hasn't activated, has been several days now. Can you help please?

I had Similar yesterday when my new sim came, I managed to get through on there txt service, and the sim needed activating from there end. You will need the 12 digit sim number on the back of the card when they ask you for it, so make a handy note of it, for when you make contact ...
