Recieved a new sim to swap out in my phone but after inserting the sim it shows no signal. I have been trying for days to get this to work and turned the phone on and off multiple times.

I'm sorry for the late reply, have you been able to get this sorted since posting?
Are you getting an error messages after inserting the new SIM?
No this is not sorted yet. I only have a Nolia phone so there is no error when I insert the SIM but there is no signal on the device since putting in the replacement SIM.
I think the SIM needs activating.

I'll need a few more details from you then I can look to activate the SIM if it hasn't been done already.
