SIM not activated

Hello, I have signed up to a pay montly SIM only account, SIM received on Saturday but despite trying it in 3 different phones it won't activate, showing 'no service' all 3 phones are unlocked and will connect with another Virgin SIM

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that your SIM isn't working. 

The SIM if it's for a new order should come fully working, so this is odd. 

Was the SIM purchased through a 3rd party? If so it might have taken longer than expected to be loaded on to our systems here. 

Have you had any luck using the SIM since you posted?

Hello Emma,

 The SIM was bought through Carphone Warehouse.

It turned out that due to a 'technical issue' the SIM was not activated properly. A replacement SIM was sent out which worked perfectly.
