My SIM card was reported as lost. I have received the new SIM card after 7 days and it's been 24 hours since I put my SIM card in my phone.
I keep getting a message stated SIM not provisioned. I have switched the phone off and tried reinserting the SIM
I do not have another handset, I cannot call Virgin and I have no dial tone on my house phone, and due to current circumstances I cannot use a friends phone

In order to figure out what has happened, can I ask if the SIM you had beforehand was red?
Also, is the handset asking for an unlock code when you insert the SIM?
