Hi I have an old Nokia 1616 phone on "Pay as you go".
After inserting the new card the cell phone only displays "SIM not valid" and nothing happens.
I top up my card few days ago.
Tried to contact your technical support, there is no answer.
I need my issue to be sorted as soon as possible since I use this number for everything.
