Hi,
I recently lost my phone and had to have a replacement SIM sent out that I could use with my older phone in order to access a majority of apps (since they all require text verification).
The new SIM has come but it seems that a notification has popped up saying "SIM not Provisioned for voice" and I've looked through several articles on how to potentially fix this that haven't worked and through several Virgin Media Forum posts however I can't see any distinct answers.
I was told that the SIM would be activated upon arrival however it seems that this issue may be with the provider (yourselves) and I was wondering if it could be sorted ASAP as I require a new phone, which requires access to various apps such as banking ones and Virgin Mobile, which requires text verification which requires a working SIM! Could somebody possibly get back to me ASAP regarding this please?
