Good afternoon. I'm still trying to get a response from the team regarding my new sim card, supplied by Virgin because the old one is no longer recognised by the system. When I insert it the phone just shows "invalid sim". I know a lot of people are having problems with this, especially on older phones. I have a Nokia 1200. Can someone PLEASE get back to me to offer me a solution for this as at the moment I can't use the phone to receive OTP's from my bank so am having big problems accessing on-line banking. I am willing to accept either a replacement phone or a refund of my existing balance so that I can go and buy another phone.
