We have used a Virgin SIM in our gate system for 13 years. Now they have stopped that SIM and provided a new one. This SIM has certain numbers (Customer Support) etc already on the SIM which we cannot seem to delete. Our system has 4 house and the first 4 numbers in the contact list are the house phones. Now we have these customer service numbers etc at the beginning so so our system does not work. Anybody help?
