I have had a virgin pay as you go sim in a security gate since 2011. All I do is top up the balance once a year. Now I can't seem to get through on the number to top up the card or ask what to do about changing the sim. I have tried the chat online who say I must phone as they can't help. I phone and am told wait for 45 mins or a text will be sent to my mobile for direct access to someone. Sim is not in a phone! Have tried to sort online but cannot get account no to sign in only have the card that came with the original sim! Have letter with new sim dated 27/7/20.
all I want to do is check balance on the sim and find out if I can just insert the new sim and carry on.
