SIM card

Sent my address several weeks ago as requested via text.

However, new SIM no show

Phone now, has no network connection, displaying registration failure message.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm very sorry that your new SIM hasn't arrived and your current SIM has stopped working, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

 

Have you been able to get the new SIM since posting?

If not then please reply to my personal message and I'll sort it from there.
