I have had a text saying SIM card is on its way to me. Unfortunately I am out of the country for a couple of months. So won’t be able to receive it/activate it. I need my phone to keep in touch with family in case of emergency. I really don’t want to be cut off. Any help/advice

I'm also sorry to confirm that unfortunately we can't stop the migration process - you would need to receive and activate a replacement to ensure your mobile service continues to work we can't get around that.
If someone in the UK is able to receive the SIM on your behalf, we can arrange delivery to them so they can forward it on to you accordingly. In case that's something you'd like to get arranged I will get in touch via PM shortly.
