Hello, I placed a order for a sum card on 1st Dec. I haven't had any confirmation that it's been sent. Does anyone know how I get in touch to find out?

Bear in mind Royal Mail deliver the sims for both 02 and Royal Mail but for reassurance if it’s 02 0344 809 0202 but if it’s a virgin media sim you can wait for a mod or ring 789 from your Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile. Or 0345 600 0789
