SIM card not working

Just got a new iPhone and SIM from Virgin, for the whole of this first week, every 2 mins, the phone says no sim installed. I have to take the cover off, take out the sim and put it back in again every time I want to use the phone, and the sim only stays working for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time. I use my phone for work and have missed numerous important calls and voicemails because I haven’t had any service. Having seen other threads in here, it seems as though the purple sims are not working and that sending out a new sim is not fixing the problem for anyone. If anyone has any tips or tricks on how to keep the sim installed it would be hugely appreciated! 🙂 thanks

Sorry to read that you've been having issues with your Virgin Mobile service. Have you managed to get this resolved with our team over the weekend or is it still on going?
