Hi AMR1

Thanks for joining me on PM and providing me the details.

As you're aware the SIM has been sent to a UK address, it'll be that SIM that's needed to be inserted to the phone.

Hi John,

Yes I have with me a sim card that I asked my friend to send here to Portugal. But before that letter arrived here, another sim card letter arrived in the UK.

So I called Virgin Mobile costumer service to ask what should I do. They said not to insert the first sim card I received because another one was sent and that should be inserted. But I'm not in UK and I can't take the risk to send it to Portugal and another sim arrive again in the meantime as he said they send new one every 14 days.

And I was told not to worry as my current Sim card would still be working at least until end of year, but it's not! I can't even call costumer support now!

Please help as I'm paying monthly but I can't use for few days now! Thank you!

Kind regards,

Antonio Ribeiro

Hi Antonio,

I'll send you another PM so I can confirm the correct SIM.
