Virgin telling me by message they have sent a SIM card, none received. Now telling me my phone will stop working

When did you receive the message advising a new SIM had been sent as they usually take 3-5 working days to arrive.
If it's been longer than this and you've still not had it then we'll need to have a closer look from here and ensure the address we have for you is correct.
