SIM card not received

Hi there,
As quite a few others here, I have not received the SIM card I need to maintain service, and there is no easy way of getting in touch with Virgin it seems. If somebody could get in touch with me and sort this out asap that would be appreciated.

Apologies that we haven't been able to get back to you sooner. Can you confirm if you are still looking to get another SIM sent out to you or have you been able to get one sorted since posting?
