SIM card not arrived

Hi, my mum ordered a SIM card on 20/09/2020 and it hasn’t arrived yet, the confirmation email said that it would take 3 days,

We are starting to think something has gone wrong,

how long does delivery normally take now?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that the SIM card has not arrived.SIM cards are sent by royal mail so it can take 7-10 days, Was this a SIM ordered directly from us or from a 3rd party vendor?

Thanks for your reply,

we ordered it from virgin mobile website, the confirmation email said 3 days but with corona virus stuff we figured it would take longer,

we just didn’t know how long to wait before chasing it up

will give it a few more days and hopefully it turns up

If it still hasn't showed up by the end of this week do let us know. We can also check for you but it will require speaking with the account holder or if you are have been authorised and can provide those details.
