I've been receiving texts & emails about replacement SIM card for a month. The address Virgin said they had sent it to was not my address & I haven't received it. I've tried replying to texts & emails tied phoning but not willing to wait 45 minuted. I've even tried the text messenger. No help anywhere. I just have Pay as you Go phone. which I top up whenever necessary. I do not have or want a SMART phone. At my age it's just for peace of mind in the car but that means I don't have a password for anything other than my online account. Nobody seems to understand this & can't help me because of security. I can't even change supplier & keep number because I can't get a PAC number without installing new SIM which I don't have. Anybody got any idea how I can get through to the people at VIRGIN?
