SIM card not arrived

I have been waiting a month for my omph SIM card. I have spent more time talking to customer service then I have my family. Ido t know what to do next can someone please help

Really sorry that your Oomph SIM hasn't arrived, I know you're keen to get your hands on it. 

What have the team advised when you've spoken to them?

Hi Emma, I'm having the same issue, new customer signed up for m200 all installed OK on the 7th August but no sim arrived, would you know who I need to talk too? Many thanks, Andy

The Sim card still hasn't arrived, is it normal for it to take this long? I joined virgin media about 5 weeks ago.
