SIM card not activating

Hello,

I received a replacement sim a few days ago to find that it doesn’t work when i put it in? I cannot make calls I cannot receieve calls and my mobile data does not work. I have entered the sim pin unlock code upon restarting device and have tested all other trouble shooting methods and have found no solution.

Yes I have followed those steps and It still does not work.
