Upgraded my Samsung Galaxy phone on Virgin. There is no SIM card in the box, do I transfer the one in my previous phone or will there be one arriving separately?

Hey murkin, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you haven't got a new sim card.
We no longer send you a new sim card now when upgrading, this is because you ca use your current one from your old phone.
Please let me know if you have any other questions abut your new phone. Thanks
