SIM card damaged

I received a new SIM card today and initially inserted it into the wrong phone.

Now it's in the correct phone but I get a message "Wrong Card".

I would therefore like to request a replacement SIM, but can't find out how on the Virgin mobile website

The phone number should be [MOD EDIT: PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED]
