SIM card being blocked, new SIM not working, no customer support!

Hi 

One of my mobiles is getting a message to say the SIM will be blocked from tomorrow, I did receive a new SIM, but the phone would then not receive any calls or texts, so we put the old SIM back in.

I tried calling customer support, but no-one is there at all, I tried web chat with no reply in 12 hours.

My wife is now away with a phone that will be blocked and I can't get any help at all !!!

Help please!!!!!!!

Issue resolved via the text messaging assistance, although it has taken nearly 24 hours since the first text

Hi CobraN,

 

Sorry for the delayed response with the text message however glad to hear that they replied and got your new SIM back up and running. It may have needed an activation check to make sure it's live and do let us know if you encounter any problems with it.
