SIM activation

Posted earlier (can't see it) about activating a new sim. Called three times to the support number (sounded american) and got cut off each time after endless questions but problem not resolved. A forth call got me to UK support and guy didn't ask me same questions as before like serial number of old and new sims but said reactivation was done. When I use phone it tells me sim invalid.

Wth is going on at Virgin Mobile? 🤔🤔

Has the message on the phone changed?

There is a possibility it is locked to the old Virgin network

Thanks. I found out today that my phone will not work as Virgin have changed network from EE to Vodaphone.
