Phoned customer service multiple times regarding the lack of a "new sim" get a message yesterday saying that my swap over was scheduled for today then get a message this morning saying that my data has been rolled over?! and now..... guess what, im in the same predicament as everyone else and am stuck with a dead phone!
Allegedly you've sent me out a new sim but i have not received one? I am on the original sim provided and am without service whatsoever! Im trying to make work calls over whatsapp through wifi and its not going well... please help
I am also in a similar situation. I received the new SIM (PAYG) after requesting it last week, when you sent me a letter. The message 'Emergency Calls Only' is being displayed -- I have tried it in different phones, even though I know they are not at fault. I need this resolved urgently, as this number is registered with all services like GP, Bank and important contacts etc.
