I am in the same situation and can no longer work from home. Therefore I am at risk of losing my job. 
No one has helped me and I need assistance ASAP.

Sorry to hear you're also having some issues with the SIM,

 

Can you confirm the exact problem? Did you follow the activation instructions that came with the SIM?

Phoned customer service multiple times regarding the lack of a "new sim" get a message yesterday saying that my swap over was scheduled for today then get a message this morning saying that my data has been rolled over?! and now..... guess what, im in the same predicament as everyone else and am stuck with a dead phone!

Please help

Allegedly you've sent me out a new sim but i have not received one? I am on the original sim provided and am without service whatsoever! Im trying to make work calls over whatsapp through wifi and its not going well... please help

I am also in a similar situation. I received the new SIM (PAYG) after requesting it last week, when you sent me a letter. The message 'Emergency Calls Only' is being displayed -- I have tried it in different phones, even though I know they are not at fault. I need this resolved urgently, as this number is registered with all services like GP, Bank and important contacts etc.

Please help.

Do you know if the SIM has been activated? Has it displayed this error since you got the new SIM?

Thanks for the quick reply.

I wouldn't know how to find out if it is activated. I was sent a new SIM and the old one was cancelled, leaving me with no service.

The instructions say to just pop in the new SIM, and I am good to go.
