SIM Swap - limited signal, only wifi calls

I've just swapped to Virgin and retained my old number. It seems that I'm only able to make WiFi calls and family and friends are trying to call me and unable to get through. Is this likely to be an issue with the SIM? Is anyone able to advise please?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your sim. 

 

As it has been a few days since your post, I was wondering if you have seen any improvements?  Have you spoken with our mobile support team regarding this?
