SIM Stolen

Hi, 
I have reported a stolen SIM card and request for block 2 times yesterday evening. 

8hrs later, still did not receive any confirmation regarding request for blocking SIM.

Is there anyone working in customer service for emergencies ?

Hi there @57Jambo, welcome to our forum and thanks for your post.

Sorry to see you didn't get any confirmation that the sim had been blocked. How did you contact the team to inform them? Also what time was this? If it was on our messaging services the team would've had Sunday opening hours.

After checking our system I can see you have spoke to someone this morning. Were they able to have this sorted for you?
