SIM Sent to Wrong Address

Good Evening,

I am not sure how this happened but somehow the SIM I need for my phone to continue in operation has been sent to the home of the parents of one of my old housemates! As I am unable to access this SIM, I am going to need one sent to my current address (which may not be the address you have on your records). I have been stuck in a loop with the Text Messaging service for the past three days. Please could someone message me about this?

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Sorry that your new SIM has gone to a different address, this isn't good. 

We can certainly send one out to the correct address, we'll just need to pop you a message to confirm this and some other details. 

I'll do this now and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

The new SIM will arrive at the correct address within 3-5 days. 

All you'll need to do is activate it.
