SIM SWAP

Hi 

Second time posting this

I was sent a text and 2 letters regarding swapping my sim with the new one "sent out"... I have still NOT received this new SIM and no one from Virgin has responded I am absolutely sick and tired of this 

I really need one of the VirginMedia support team to get back to me ASAP I know what the current conditions are with the pandemic but THIS is a bit too much I have a contract SIM and I am not being treated fairly my SIM has been blocked for 2 weeks because apparently you sent the SIM yet I have not received it what is going on I cannot even contact you via mobile/phone FIX THIS NOW
