Phone is locked to EE, got an unlock code - didnt work now i have "SIM Network PIN Blocked - Enter SIM Network PUK"
I have my Virgin SIM PUK's. They dont work

Sounds like you have entered the unlock code wrong too many times. The PUK code is not the same as the one for the SIM
Is it an EE bought phone?

Yeah it's EE bought, got an unlock code from EE that didnt work which is why i am here
If it is an EE phone it is very unlikely that Virgin have the codes. If not it may take one of these phone unlocking shops to sort it. They have access to other means.

If EE gave you the wrong code they really should supply the PUK. The problem with the S8 is you only get 3 attempts with the unlock code.
There is some stuff on Google, but I think the code will still have to come from the supplying network

Have you been able to get this issue resolved since you posted?
As @enlli suggested you would need to get the PUK code from EE to to be able to unlock your phone.
