SIM NOT WORKING

Hello

I have been provided with a new SIM which I have inserted but it is simply saying "SIM not provisioned for voice". I have tried everything suggested - taking SIM out, making sure no dust etc. I am now without a phone for over a week and cannot get in touch with anyone at Virgin.

Please can someone contact me asap.
