I was sent a new sim which I did not want and did not need, it has not arrived and now the original SIM has been deregistered.
Upshot is my number is now useless, so please do not tell me to phone in.
The online chat does not work there is no email account to contact.
Is there a way to get the original SIM re-registered so I can use my number until the new SIM arrives?
If not I am thinking of cancelling the account.
I know they have made all other avenues impossible, unless some one on their support site monitors these forums
