SIM Deactivated -Have not received new one

My SIM card has been deactivated by Virgin and my replacement has not arrived. All the call centres aren’t working, and I cannot call or text. Could you please send a new SIM otherwise I’m just going to switch providers.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

I'm really sorry that your SIM card has stopped working before the new one arrived, this isn't good.

I'm keen to help from here to make sure a new SIM is on it's way, if not I can send one.
