Virgin Mobile isn't accepting phone calls, yet there's no other way to apparently cancel. The only way to navigate the call centre options is to say you want an upgrade, but they can't cancel and just pass you on, but the transfers to the rentention team just result in being hung-up on. Any other options lead to a automated msg saying they can email you a link to the website, and if you don't accept the call is just terminated.
I'm 1 day into the 14 day cooling off period. I don't even have the SIM. Any ideas on how to go about this?
Have you tried texting PAC to 65075? That is if you want to keep your number. My wife recently left Virgin mobile and she got her PAC this way.
I left a few weeks ago. My PAC said I had an early disconnection fee. Make sure you get the attention of the workers on the forum so that they remove this fee from your account as you are cancelling within the 14 day cooling off period.
