Virgin are going to send me an updated SIM card, but I've changed my phone.
Does anyone know how I can provide details of my new phone? I've tried to find an email address to contact but no luck!

HI Graham19481, thanks for messaging us. The next sim would go in the phone, if the handset was purchased from us it would be on the account, if it was brought from somewhere else then it would be added as 3rd party equipment. ^Chris
