SIM Card upgrade

I am due to receive a new SIM card in the next few days. The phone which this SIM card is for, is with my daughter, who is not here due to Lockdown. I am aware that these new cards have a timescale in which to be put into the phone and think it highly unlikely I will be able to get the card to her in time. I am very concerned that this will result in her phone being cut off. I have been trying for five days to make some contact with someone at Virgin Mobile to get some advice to no avail. Is there someone out there who can help with this?

Re: SIM Card upgrade

You are OK, there are lots of people in a similar position. The old cards will not expire yet. It is the new ones that expire if not used in the 30 days.

As a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share my knowledge. I don't work for Virgin Media.
