I have received a (scam?) message today from virgin media telling me my service will be disrupted within 18 days if I do not swap my SIM. I thought others might want to be aware.
I assume it is a scam although it does point me to virginmedia.com/simhelp or to call 789 which of course I'm not going to do.
Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks
It isn't a scam VM are replacing all SIMs from the rebranded EE ones to their own ones, to allow them to managed the SIM themseleves. If yoou do not swap the sim as it says it will stop the services.
