SIM Card Replacement

Hi,

My current SIM has developed a fault and I am unable to make or receive calls. I just get a NO SIM message.

I am trying to order a replacement but can't call as my SIM doesn't work.

Is there a way to order online?

no the only way to get a replacement sim is to call virgin media/moblie

789 from your Virgin Media mobile or
03456000789* from any other phone.
