SIM Activation

Please help!?!?  I'm getting nowhere.....

I received a new SIM as a new customer, part of my ultimate package.  I'm now trying to use it and admittedly the info (as poor as it is) does actually say you should activate in less than 30 days - I havent, I've been waiting to get my phone unlocked so I can use it and also to actually find out what the sim deal is.

I'm now logged in to virgin mobile and understand it - tick !  My phone is unlocked and ready to go - tick!  But can I get through to anyone to activate the SIM, or order a new one ????  Not a chance.....I've spent 4 hours on chat, various phone numbers, online....all end in a spin and dont provide an answer.  Absolutely appalling customer dis-service......I have no idea how to make any progress......

Sorry for the late response, and that you've had some issues with your SIM.

 

I can see you've contacted us since posting, have you been able to get this resolved?

Yup, all sorted - needed a new SIM and had to lie my way through the IVR until someone finally picked up.
