SIM Activation - Help!

Hello. I got a replacement SIM for my mum who had lost her original Virgin SIM. The new replacement SIM won't work, despite leaving it in the phone with it turned on for a number of hours and also having restarted the device. She is unable to make or receive phone calls, messages etc. I have been unable to get through to support via phone and the text support service is lamentable, so now hoping someone here would be kind enough to advise!

Hi there

I am also having a problem activating my sim card, i am currently at 7 days since order of the sim and 3 since I put it into my phone

I am not able to phone, although my phone network displays as virgin

Hi Emma, 

I was contacted by a team member yesterday who tried to activate my new sim from your end, that was 12 hrs ago. I've tried rebooting.

Could I have another SIM to try with please ?
