Hello. I got a replacement SIM for my mum who had lost her original Virgin SIM. The new replacement SIM won't work, despite leaving it in the phone with it turned on for a number of hours and also having restarted the device. She is unable to make or receive phone calls, messages etc. I have been unable to get through to support via phone and the text support service is lamentable, so now hoping someone here would be kind enough to advise!
