SIM 1 Not provicioned

Hi, 

Everything has been working fine and suddenly my SIM has stopped working and states - SIM 1 Not provisioned.

I have had it for years and it's worked with my phone fine for years now it has stopped.

Any advice how to make it work?  I've tried all the solutions offered online in forums.

 I'm abroad (in a covered country where it worked for the first day and in the past) I am heavily relying on my phone for navigation and need a solution desperately.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your SIM card while you're abroad!

We recommend our customers to take a look at our Using Mobile Abroad page for more information about how to prepare for your travels! Can you tell us which country you're in and how long you've been abroad?

When was the last time you were in the UK? We are in the process of migrating our services over to the O2 Network. What could have happened, is that your network was automatically migrated and as you're abroad, the system sent out a new SIM card to your listed UK address.

Is anyone at your UK address able to see if a SIM card has been delivered to you while you've been away? Please let us know so we can help further.

I am in Norway and have been here since yesterday (wednesday) the phone worked fine until this morning, I was home at the start of the week and haven't received a new sim as yet.

Is there anything I can do whilst here to get the card to work?

Also, could you re-send the card if it's already been sent?
