Sorry Emma C, received a new SIM ............ still same problem (not registered on network) Tried my previous GG SIM, .....all works perfectly. Contacted GG, who state problem is nothing to do with them (phone is not locked) and they suggested that I inform my new provider -VM- and advise VM of |"PORT IN FAILURE" I am sure you will know what this is,
I now have had no phone for 3 days and the hassle of trying to contact VM to sort this out. NOT HAPPY!!
The phone works perfectly under other SIM cards, this is a VM problem to fix.
