S. O. S network again

No network coverage at all again.  This has been happening sporadically over the last few months.

A new mask was placed in a local village and we though that would be the end to our network down problems. 

Anyone else experiencing this in Pontardawe area?

It's vital to have coverage especially when schools, TTP may need to call.

Very sorry to hear you've been issues with mobile signal in the area. If the outage helpfully highlighted by Enlii above doesn't account for this, I will contact you via PM so we can look further into it. Just look out for the purple envelope icon and we'll take it from there.
