I am trying to set up roaming. I am on a pay as you go account. I tried to follow the instructions given on the webpage but when I log into my account the options are not there. Can anyone help.

Sorry to see that you've been unable to switch roaming on, on your self-care account
If you still need assistance with the roaming feature, drop us a response below and either I or one of my colleagues will take this to a PM conversation and action this request for you.
Alternatively, if you give our team a call on 0345 600 0789 our call handlers will also be able to process this for you
Sorry - I have only just been able to access this. I can't call as I am overseas. But i still wish to turn on my roaming feature. Thanks
