Roaming not working

Hi, in NZ and cannot accept or make calls.

Have roaming switched on in my account.

Would appreciate some advice.

Hi @Gloucesterkiwi, thanks for your post although I'm sorry that your device isn't accepting calls.

Can you please try if possible, the SIM in an alternative handset to see if this changes things?

How are texts and data too, are these working? Additionally, what message do you get when trying to make calls?

Thanks, for it sorted. It seemed to be the mobile service provider that the device automatically assigned. Once I changed it to another provider, Vodafone, it started working okay. Thanks for your suggestions.
