Help I’m in the same situation with only WiFi, I can’t remember my password to logon and check if I have roaming anywhere. I can’t reset the password as it wants to text me the code but I have no signal to get the code. What can I do???
I have data only via WiFi

Think I just got it working via the mobile app, it was linked to faceid and then an option inside the app to turn it on

Thanks for your post, and welcome to our Forums. I'm glad to hear that you've been able to access your account. Just to let you know, You can update your password via your My Virgin Media in your Account Settings.
